He is passionate about creating awareness about the potential of each individual so that it helps in relating one-self with the surrounding people and situations in a better way. Subramani Sarode is training teen-age students and adults through innovative methods of self-awareness, self-motivation and mindfulness techniques since last 14 years. Subramani Sarode’s core competence is self-awareness, self-motivation, stress management and rejuvenation through micro-practices. Subramani Sarode has trained hundreds of teenage students, faculty of educational institutions, corporate executives, shop floor employees, home makers and general public.
